Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Control Techniques 3130-0417 SIDE 2 7004-0318 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dynamatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eaton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Delta product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynamatic such as the 150002563021 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 15260480 manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VFD110E23A by Manufacturer Delta as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Eaton Brand PVQ13A2R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Curtis such as 12982301 equipment made by Curtis have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Curtis products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Curtis" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ARS2105 made by Cooper as well as the popular 8001673BADP9036 original spares produced by Copley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 175H1743 by Danfoss and 12982301 spares by Curtis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SVX01A14A1B1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton.
